With us, children and adults learn the art of martial arts

Who doesn't know them, the great martial artists, kung-fu masters and karate fighters from the movies – seemingly effortless and very cool, they defeat every opponent. But behind the term martial arts, there is more than just a simple victory in sporting competition. The generic term unites a number of different fighting styles, mostly coming from Asia, which have one thing in common:

the importance of discipline, concentration and body awareness. At the Tai-Do Buende Fighting Center you will learn the art of Karate, Jiu-Jitsu und Kickboxing by taking part in individual (small groups) training.

If you want to do sports as well as mental activities, strengthen your self-confidence and improve your perception for your own body as well as your own abilities and learn more about the different martial arts, you have come to the right place!

Karate

A traditional martial art consisting of powerful and dynamic hand and foot techniques. Agility, body control and concentration are in the foreground here.

Martial arts for any agechannel your very own Karate Kid!

Children from four years up to adults can get to know the three disciplines karate, jiu-jitsu and kickboxing in our martial arts centre. We keep our training groups small so that each student can be dealt with individually as well as their strengths and weaknesses. This allows us to guarantee each student personal attention and better control of the performance. This also has an effect on the faster learning success of our martial arts students.

All Japanese martial arts are summarized under the generic term Budo and impart beside the pure martial art always teaching of the inner philosophy. Thereby the following qualities are strengthened:

In the centre of our training are the prevention of direct violence, the enjoyment of the sport, the promotion of self-defence and your own fitness. All our disciplines and the introduction to martial arts are taught to our students in a playful manner.

Trained trainers for martial arts karate, jiu-jitsu and kickboxing

The trainers of Tai-Do Buende are trained martial artists and are constantly educating themselves to learn and pass on new techniques even with 35 years of experience. In addition, as a club, we regularly take part in various tournaments and competitions in kickboxing, jiu-jitsu and karate. We are also a member of the private organisation Budo Academy Europe.

Our martial arts in a nutshell:

Jiu-Jitsu A Japanese art of fighting with throwing, lever and floor techniques. Strength, endurance and self-control are encouraged.
Kickboxing A modern competitive sport consisting of fist and foot techniques in combination with various martial arts. Concentration, coordination, dynamics and speed are in demand here.

Our Bonsais (Little Heroes):The youngest group in our martial arts school with children from four to six years. The children are taught the basic techniques of the different Budosport disciplines. This promotes social skills, coordination, the sense of balance and strengthens self-confidence.
